Seiki Soho

 Seiki soho is a manual method of therapy, but is not easy to describe The experience is essential and all definitions can disturb this experience. It is the intuitive way of 'Doing by not doing'. It is the art of waiting and looking without looking, observing, diagnosis without questions or Fu Mon Shin...   Seiki is a method of healing that facilitates the flow of energy through the body, clearing energy blockages and creating an awareness of energy flows – A Way. The Seiki technique is not fixed but based upon experience, intuition, feeling and sensitivity. This way the right actions will emerge at the right moment.The best way we find it to be most effective is, technique with no technique.  

Seiki incorporates bodywork treatments, spontaneous movement and, most importantly, space to experience and enjoy life as embodied human beings breathing again.

Fundamentally, Seiki treats the breath. By following the movement of the breath, the body rediscovers its space, its originality. It is the simplest and purest form of healing. Seiki provides the space for encouraging inner awareness and sensitivity, recognition that the body always expresses what it needs, essential for making connections and noticing the undetected – an absolute necessity for clearing stagnant energy and releasing habitual patterns.
